Passionate about real estate and the endless possibilities it offers, Alfio’s journey into the world of property began at a young age. Since his first venture into property at 18, Alfio has been successfully building a sustainable property portfolio and developing land, housing, and multi-residential projects in prestigious South-East Queensland suburbs.

Nathan Di Carlo, a founding director of Lumo Property Group, brings a wealth of expertise to the table, backed by an impressive educational background. With a Bachelor of Business Management in Real Estate & Development, along with certifications in Building and Construction, and his Builder’s Licence, Nathan’s foundation in the property industry is solid.
Having immersed himself in the world of property from a young age, Nathan gained invaluable hands-on experience by participating in every stage of the building and development process. His journey began with small-scale projects, gradually building his portfolio one house at a time, just like the approach we use here at at Lumo Property Investing.
